How do you sustain a high energy level? Some of the most common ways are:
- Getting sufficient rest
- Maintaining a physical exercise routine
- Monitoring vitamin D Level
- Catching rays of sunshine
Recently I came across an enlightening list of Energy Zappers. I "pass forward" this list of habits and conditions to avoid:
- Addiction to email
- Visual clutter
- Being bored (avoiding takss)
- Poor posture
- Toxic indoor air
- Eating too much at once
- Living in artificial light
- Listening to Negative Nellies
- Holding a grudge
Do any of these "speak" to you? I am paying attention to avoiding these drainers, and it is working!
