Boost Your Energy

How do you sustain a high energy level?  Some of the most common ways are:
  • Getting sufficient rest
  • Maintaining a physical exercise routine
  • Monitoring vitamin D Level
  • Catching rays of sunshine
Recently I came across an enlightening list of Energy Zappers.  I "pass forward" this list of habits and conditions to avoid:
  • Addiction to email
  • Visual clutter
  • Being bored (avoiding takss)
  • Poor posture
  • Toxic indoor air
  • Eating too much at once
  • Living in artificial light
  • Listening to Negative Nellies
  • Holding a grudge
Do any of these "speak" to you?  I am paying attention to avoiding these drainers, and it is working!  How do you boost your energy?
